Abstract

The report provides an overview of the outcomes from the Indigenous community engagement process that has been undertaken on the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) discussion paper on the Review of the environmental
impact assessment procedures of the Northern Territory (discussion paper). The community engagement process was contracted out by the EPA and undertaken by the Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education between the months of August to October, 2009.
The outcome of this community engagement process is intended to inform an overarching community engagement strategy that is currently being developed by the
EPA
